Questions
What we get asked
Are the figures accurate enough for a quote?
On our calibration addresses the model sits within six centimetres of the relief. Pitches in degrees, areas developed, openings yours to subtract. When the engine is not sure, it names the figures to check.
What if the survey is wrong?
Turn the 3D view and compare it with the building: a model that does not look like the roof shows at once. When the engine doubts, it says so and names the figures concerned.
Which regions do you cover?
All three: Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia, each through its own land registry. Outside Belgium, the address is refused before anything is computed.
Does it work on a terraced house?
Yes, and it is the ordinary case. The party wall is read in the land registry, where it really falls: you get the roof of your building, not the roof of the block.
What about dormers and roof windows?
A wide dormer is measured as its own facets. Under 4 m², a plane is not kept: roof windows and chimney stacks are not in the survey.
Do you need an account to run a survey?
Yes. Surveys run from your workspace, on one of the three plans.
